1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking our services, either through our website, mobile app, or by any other means, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between you and Self Closet. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

  • Closet Booking: Customers can book dry cleaning, ironing, and closet storage services.
  • Pick-Up & Delivery: We offer convenient pick-up and delivery of clothes as part of our service.

We strive to provide high-quality services, but we are not responsible for normal wear and tear, shrinkage, or fading during the cleaning process.

3. Bookings

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, app, or authorized channels.
  • Customers must provide accurate details such as name, contact information, pick-up and delivery address, and any specific cleaning instructions.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.

4. Pick-Up & Delivery

  • Pick-up and delivery times will be scheduled based on the customer’s preferences, subject to availability.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that clothes are available for pick-up at the agreed time.
  • Self Closet is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic or weather conditions.

5. Payments

  • Payment must be made at the time of booking or upon delivery, as per the chosen payment method.
  • We accept various payment options, including credit/debit cards, online payments, or cash on delivery.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the rates at the time of booking will apply to your order.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must inspect all items upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 24 hours.
  • Any special cleaning instructions or items requiring delicate handling should be clearly mentioned at the time of booking. We are not liable for damage to items if no special instructions are provided.

7. Loss or Damage

  • While we take utmost care with all clothing, in the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged, our liability is limited to the lesser of 10 times the cost of the service or the replacement value of the item, provided the customer reports the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We do not accept liability for items damaged due to manufacturing defects, pre-existing conditions, or failure to follow care labels.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or changes to a booking must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time.
  • Late cancellations may incur a fee. Refunds for cancellations will be processed based on our refund policy.

9. Refund Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours. We will evaluate the issue and, if appropriate, re-clean the item at no additional cost or issue a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

10. Use of Personal Information

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our [Privacy Policy]. We respect your privacy and will not share your details with third parties without your consent, except as required to provide our services.

11. Prohibited Use

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
